This project delivered a premium 2‑level office fitout for Woods Bagot at 498 Little Collins Street, Melbourne. Works included a full strip‑out, services diversions and structural slab penetrations to enable a completely reconfigured workplace. The fitout features high‑end finishes, a custom auditorium and a feature stair forming a central presentation space linking both levels. The existing lift was also extended to service the tenancy. Delivered within a fast‑tracked 3‑month programme, the project required careful planning and coordination within a constrained CBD environment.

Aligning with Vicinity Centres’ retail vision, this project delivered a major refurbishment and fitout of Roselands Shopping Centre, upgrading the existing mall into a contemporary retail and fresh‑food destination. Works included the refurbishment of mall areas, food courts and entry statements, the introduction of new retail tenancies and anchor stores including ALDI and Woolworths, and the delivery of a new fresh‑food mall concept inspired by the local community. The fitout was completed within a live trading environment, staged to minimise disruption while significantly enhancing customer amenity and functionality.
