With an innovation led delivery approach, blue by ADCO has secured the Rouse Hill Town Centre Ambience Upgrade for The GPT Group.

Delivered under a Design and Construct contract, this project will elevate key mall environments and customer spaces, enhancing the overall experience while creating a seamless connection with the upcoming Stage 2 expansion.

Working within a live, fully operational retail environment, our team will deliver:

• Refined mall environments.
• Upgraded customer amenities and a new Customer Service Desk.
• New glazed awnings and structural elements.
• Enhanced lighting, finishes, landscaping and seating.
• Public art installations and cladding remediation works

This project reflects what blue by ADCO does best, reimagining existing environments through smart design, precision delivery and minimal disruption.
